Your Contribution Makes A Difference!
The National Institute of Health (NIH) funds research grants, but by necessity these go to the most tested projects that are likely to have near-term results. Thus research in it’s early stages would not be funded if it were not for organizations such as FLPCC.
By investing in promising research being conducted in our own community, we know where and how the funds are being used. Our 2014 & 2015 donations went to Dr. Murray, Ph.D. (Cancer biology) at Mayo Clinic to continue her pancreas cancer research.
